Interdisciplinary Palliative Care Certificate Program(TB)(W)

This program uses a multi-mode approach; that is, courses are offered through Distance Education and on campus.

The program consists of four half-courses (two full course equivalents): three required half-courses and one half-course elective. All courses must be taken from Lakehead University. It is recommended but not required that students take Gerontology 2010 - Introduction to Palliative Care, as the first course in this program. Upon successful completion of all four half-courses with a minimum overall average of 70%, students will be awarded the Certificate in Interdisciplinary Palliative Care.
