Six-year Non-Direct Entry program option

Bachelor of Science (Chemistry Major) 4-year/Bachelor of Education I/S

This program option is for Honours students that are academically ineligible to continue in or complete the Honours program.

This program is designed for chemistry students who lack the required B major average to complete the four year HBSc. Students may move to the BSc as early as their Third Year. A cumulative average of 65% in all courses is required. See Department of Undergraduate Studies in Education, Academic Regulation #2 regarding the average in the major.

The program requirements for the first three years are the same as for the HBSc (Chemistry Major) program. In order to remain in the program, students must maintain at least an overall C (60%) average in the major.
