Bachelor of Arts (Economics Major)(TB)

Three Year program
The BA basic requirements are an overall average of 60% in at least three courses in economics taken in the first two years and an overall average of 60% in at least two courses in economics taken in the third year. Courses will be chosen in consultation with the Department.

First Year:
(a) Economics 1100
(b) One FCE from  Type A or from History or Mathematics
(c) One FCE from Type B
(d) One-half FCE from Type E course list
(e) One and one-half FCE electives

Second Year:
(a) Economics 2017, 2037 and 2203
(b) One FCE from Type B (Economics allowed)
(c) Two FCE electives (Economics excluded)

Third Year:
(a) Two FCEs in economics at the third or fourth year levels
(b) One FCE from Type B (Economics allowed)
(c) Two FCE electives (Economics excluded)

Note: The Indigenous Content Requirement is being met by the inclusion of 0.5 FCE chosen from the list of Type E courses taken as an elective in the first year of the program.
