Bachelor of Arts (Mathematics Major)(TB)

Three Year program
The student is referred to the Faculty of Science and Environmental Studies Faculty Regulations requirements, on the necessary average mark to continue in a mathematics major program.

First Year:
(a) Mathematics 1171, 1172, 1271 and 1272
(b) English 1015 and one-half FCE elective from Type E courses
(c) Two FCE electives from Type B courses

Second Year:
(a) Mathematics 2111, 2131, 2255, 2275
(b) Two FCE electives from Type A or Type B courses
(c) One FCE elective

Third Year:
(a) One FCE elective in Mathematics at the third or fourth year level
(b) One FCE elective from Type A or Type B courses, at the third or fourth year level
(c) Three FCE electives

Further Requirement:  

A student must take seven FCEs in two subjects. For example, five FCEs in Mathematics and two FCEs in Economics would satisfy this requirement.

Note: The Indigenous Content Requirement is being met by the completion of a 0.5 FCE Type E courses in the first year of the program.
