Kinesiology 5336 Communication and Leadership in Advanced Ergonomics and Disability Management Practical
Focuses on the practical application of theoretical foundations of ergonomics, return-to-work, and disability management, using learned models of communication and leadership. Students will gain practical experience in developing and implementing physical demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, and return-to-work programs, within the context of organizational disability management programs.
