An examination of recent cutting-edge research in gerontology. Because of the worldwide aging of populations, theoretical and practical knowledge about aging and the aged have become increasingly significant for practice and policy. The course will include presentations on different issues in gerontology where students will elaborate on research issues and findings relevant to their areas of interest.
