Subsequent to the publication of the 2003-2004 Calendar, the following items were approved as addendum items by the Senate of Lakehead University or are corrections to existing information. Additional changes and updates not mentioned in this Addendum may also appear in the web calendar; therefore, this list is only meant to highlight a number of items. The web calendar should always be consulted for the newest information.

Starting September 2004, students in J/I and I/S programs must maintain cumulative average of 65% in each teachable.

- in First Year of all programs, except Computer Science, Indigenous Learning, and Mathematics, change First Year English requirement to: A minimum of one FCE in English, with at least one of the literature courses (English 1111 or 1112). For English Majors both English 1111 and 1112 are required.
- revisions in BA/BEd (Anthropology): new overall average statement; in Yr 1 replace Psyc 1100 with Group II course, replace History 1100 with one FCE in History or a Group I elective and add Education 1399; in Yr 2 change two courses in Anthropology to three specified FCEs, replace English 2701 and History 2301 with one FCE elective, and add a half-course Education elective; in Yr 3 add one FCE in Anthropology

- in BA/BEd (English Major) I/S, Yr 2, replace English 2903 and one FCE in English with Two FCEs in English, and add English 2038 does not count for the purpose of fulfilling this requirement
- revisions in HBA/BEd (French) Yr 2 (c) replace "One FCE elective in second teaching field" with History 2301
- in BA/BEd (French) Yr 1 (d) replace elective course with one FCE from Group II
