Addendum to the 2005-2006 Lakehead University Calendar

 

Subsequent to the publication of the 2005-2006 hard copy Calendar, the following items were added as addendum items that have been approved by the Senate of Lakehead University or that are corrections to existing information, and now appear in the Web Calendar. Additional changes and updates not mentioned in this Addendum may also appear in the web calendar; therefore, this list is only meant to highlight a number of items. The web calendar should always be consulted for the newest information.

Academic Schedule 
  - Correction: in Study Periods and Closures (Holidays), Fall/Winter Session 2005-2006, Study period for April exams should be April 4-6, not 7, since exams start on April 7
- Revision: The May Senate meeting is changed from Thursday, May 11, 2006 to Monday, May 15, 2006 at 4:30 p.m.
     

University Regulations


  - change in University Regulations, I General Regulations, (a), and (c) changed and divided (other items renumbered). This concerns the program requirements by which a student is bound (previously the calendar at the time of each registration and now the calendar at the time of the initial registration in the program).
     

Fees




  - Corrections:
-in Miscellaneous Fees section, #11 Graduation Late Application fee, deadline date for November 2005 grads should be September 22, 2005, as noted in the Graduation section of the Academic Schedule.
-in Refund Schedule, Fall 2005 and Winter 2006, One Term Course (Winter Term), no refund date should be Mar 1, 2006, not Feb 29 (2006 is not a Leap Year)
