Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical Engineering) Lakehead Georgian Partnership(O)
Four Year program
This combined degree/diploma program is offered jointly by Lakehead University and Georgian College. Students will concurrently pursue the Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) offered by Lakehead University and the Electrical Engineering Technology Advanced diploma offered by Georgian College.
All four years of the program are offered on the Barrie campus of Georgian College.
First Year Fall Term
+ Students who have Gr 12U Calculus and Vectors with a minimum
mark of 60% are not required to take Mathematics 1071
Note:
If a student does not meet a particular prerequisite or co-requisite listed for a course, the student may be allowed to take a course with prior permission of the Chair of the Electrial Engineering Department.
*The Lab/Tutorial hours per week indicated in these courses include additional content applicable towards the Georgian College diploma.
**Complementary Studies electives must be selected from the approved list of courses in the academic year the course is complete. Refer to the Faculty of Engineering website for the current list of appproved courses.
++The Indigenous Content requirement is met by taking Sociology 2755, a Type E course. This course may be taken at any time in the program.
