Introduces students to fundamental psychological theories and constructs relevant to behaviour, cognition, and affect in physical activity contexts. Included are discussions regarding the measurement of psychological constructs and the practical application of physical activity psychology theory/research. Theories and their related constructs, including those pertinent to exercise, sport, and health contexts, are examined in a variety of populations.
