Students will investigate current technical, cultural, ethical, and traditional aspects of environmental biotechnology. Lecture topics include plant, animal, microbial and aquatic biotechnology, bioremediation, and regulations and ethics in environmental biotechnology.

Notes: Online version only. Students who have previous credit in Environmental Sustainability 3073 may not take Environmental Sustainability 3074 for credit. This course cannot be taken for credit by students in the Environmental Sustainability Major.
