How might teachers and other humans engage with climate change (climate destabilization/disruption/breakdown) as an environmental, economic, political, philosophical and climate justice issue? We explore climate change as a defining issue for educators, students and citizens. We consider approaches to teaching about climate change in schools and beyond schools, including teaching about scientific aspects and social consequences, overcoming denial and resistance, and moving to action and activism. Specialization(s): Environmental & Sustainability Education; Social Justice Education Special Consideration: Pass/Fail grading.
