Instruction and practice in a range of popular nonfiction prose genres focused on the major rhetorical modes (exposition, argumentation, description, narration). Genres studied may include: memoir, personal essay, blog, travel writing, feature journalism, sports writing, and criticism (music, film, fashion, games, and television).
