An introduction to physical activity psychology. The course establishes physical activity psychology as an academic and applied discipline, surveys foundational topics, and examines how those topics can be applied to explain health, well-being, and performance. In doing so, the course introduces fundamental processes, techniques, and approaches utilized in physical activity psychology research.
