Physiology of Exercise II
A continuation of Kinesiology 3010. Topics include: body composition, obesity, and nutrition; training for performance; factors affecting performance; laboratory assessment of performance; and thermoregulation, exercise, and the environment. Students will utilize laboratory assessments to develop an exercise/lifestyle prescription for a volunteer client.
