A survey of topics within the field of physical activity psychology. Emphasis is placed on topics that build off the field’s foundational concepts and that can be applied by exercise, sport, and health practitioners and professionals to enhance health, well-being, and performance. Processes, techniques, and approaches utilized in physical activity psychology research are integrated into the course.
