Insurance law is the underlying foundation of Tort law in Ontario. Examines the principles that govern insurance contract disputes and focuses on how Insurance law works from a practical perspective (including acting for and against insurers). Specific topics to include: automobile, liability, property, life, broker liability, and the duties of both insurers and insureds.
